I made up this card for my oldest son Eric, who turned 32 this month... He has embarked on a venture of running his own automotive shop. While he is my son, I can say that he does pretty awesome work as I have seen the compliments that have been posted online on other sites he visits. The wrench is cut from the Indie Art Cartridge and phrases are from Lyrical Letters. The cardstock is from a couple of different dcvw stacks. I always try to finish the inside of my cards as it makes them a little more special. happy scrapping!!

New Year - New Resolutions...
Wow, it has been way too long and I am going to blame it all on the stresses of a new job, the cold that just wouldn't go away, Christmas etc. etc - otherwise known as life!! and now it's time to put scrapping back into the equation!! Actually, I never stopped scrapping but I did stop blogging so now I'd like to get back to it - that's my resolution - to make time for what I love!! This card was inspired by a challenge at Going Buggy (Enfys is having a blog party!) for a card with a bug on it - I wanted to give the idea of flight so the border of butterflies is only attached at the bottom although the picture does not show this very well (it is an old camera so I apologize for the quality). happy scrapping!!
